Uh, I don't think there are any Cosplay related shops in Bristol >.<
However, the options you can do are:
1) Shop online: There are various UK based Cosplay dealers on the web.
2) Go to London: There's a Cosplay shop in London called Tokyotoys, they sell a lot of Cosplay items. I've been to the London MCM and they've set up a stand.
3) Try charity shops: You never know what you can find in a charity shop. most teenagers don't bother with them, but I'm a 17 and I've bought the complete Final Fantasy XI soundtrack for £10, which I've been dying to get (FFXI FTW!), and its a saving of around £150. The chances are slim, but you may find even a small garment such as a shirt in those places.
