be careful of these guys: I ordered firewood based on the recommendation of the companies' owner,Thor Kampner, that was to be delivered in what they call polypro bags. This was so I could stack the wood myself. Their website confirmed this method of delivery and product and even showed photos of the polypro bag. What was actually delivered was loose wood in a pallet sized container that was nothing like what I ordered, and required me to hire another person at even greater expense to stack the wood. Despite reasonable offers on my part that included swapping what he delivered for what I ordered or taking the wood back and returning my money, the owner refused even though he admitted that I did not get what I ordered! He said it would cost him money to send the truck back. I offered to pay for the cost of the truck. The owner still refused and could not offer a reasonable explanation why he would not deliver the product that had been ordered and paid for. BUYER BEWARE, these arent reasonable business people and give you the shaft in a hearbeat.
