I'm not sure where you can buy them, but they are pretty easy to make. I've attached a link to an article with instructions as well as a slideshow for visual instructions. Good luck!

Green Grape, Apple, Purple Grape, and Leaf
The classic "Fruit of the Loom" cornucopia (horn of plenty) includes an apple, purple grapes, green grapes, currants and leaves. The 4 human characters in the Fruit of the Loom commercials are the Apple, the Purple Grape, the Green Grape, and the Leaf.
Green grape
The Fruit of the Loom guys are known by the names of their respective fruits: Leaf, Grape, Apple, and Cornucopia. These characters represent the different fruits included in the company's logo.

Toby
There never was a banana character. Some people who dressed as the 'Fruit of the Loom Guys' would add a person in a banana costume due to the obvious jest. However, the official four characters were a fig leaf, an apple, and two grape clusters. A picture of the official four may be viewed at the link below.
There are four in the 2008-2009 commercials : Apple (red), Grapes (purple), Another Grapes (green), and Leaves (variously yellow, orange, green or brown).
Fruit of the Loom
Fruit of the loom means... Fruit of a loom!
The grapes can be done with green/purple clothing and green/purple balloons taped to them.
Fruit of the Loom was created in 1851.
