Anywhere - but it's not recommended in country bars, motorcycle clubs or the Golf course - these are all places where 'the good ole boys" tend to hang out and they often have such problems with their own sexuality that anything different is dangerous.

Hey, very well put, at first I thought you were suggesting it was not right or appropriate, then you said that it is because they have problem and are insecure themselves and have to assert their "masculinity" by dispreciating the "odds" or simply those more free than them. Other people, whatever their taste in clothing or sexual orientation, simply respect if not even appreciate different tastes and variety on dressing and personality. It is easy to tolerate a passable crossdresser as long as they don't know she's a boy (the opposite for F t M).

I don't know if there is a community per say. There are area's that have prominance with cross dressing. New York has clubs, Mardi Gras in March has cross dressing. Miami has them. Go on line and look to see if there is a safe and respectable place for this. Cross dressers are all over you just have to know where to look and because its not accepted widely in society apparently faking who you are and keeping it in the closet, is acceptable, but that's them. Anyway, just because you like to cross dress doesnt mean you have to be involved in the seedierside of that like the nasty sex stuff. You do what you want to do willingly and with someone that wants to do the same. Consentually is what I mean. I just wanted to point that out because there is a perversion to crossdressing and other not so nice actions sometimes accompany it. Be careful and true to your self always. Good luck.
