You'll need a client to download through the torrent (I use uTorrent) and a place to download the actual torrents (I use PirateBay or just google something like 'Naruto the Movie 2 Torrent.') Download the torrent and open it in uTorrent. The more seeds, the better -- if there are NO seeds, you won't be able to download. You'll figure it out, if you try.
