Invisible are usually found in the more difficult systems sectors, as well as the upper floors of the Colliseum (above 15 when you unlock them). The only place I know of that you can ALWAYS find one is in the Castle Oblivion. Use the Hollow bastion card and the 2nd switch you need to open summons 2 Invisible that you have to defeat to progress.
