Leppa Berries are usually not hard to find in the Pokemon games. It can be found growing in a sizable number of Routes though some are hidden. They can also be found in Flower Shops or given by NPCs. In Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver however they are hidden in the Ruins of Alph.
You must have an adapter. You find berries in the berry forest in island 1, 2 or 3. you can also find them in the kicthen of the S.S. Ann

Ethers and Leppa berries will recover PP. They're both hard to find, but if you catch some Clefairy Pokemon they might hold a Leppa berry.
you can't buy any pp restore items, only find them. If you have a leppa berry, you could plant it and let it grow. Leppa berries give you 10 pp restore.
You can use elixirs, max elixers, and leppa berries.
In Route 209. When you come out from Hearthome City, Go across the first bridge, then take the net two bridges where the jogger is running next to the little twins. There will be two berry plants. One of them are the leppa berries.
Unfortunately, you can't buy them. You can only find them in hidden area's or in rocks. An alternative is to grow Leppa Berries, since they restore PP as well.
There is no item called PP restore. The items that restore PP, Ether and Elixir and their upgrades, aren't for sale anywhere, but you can find it all over the ground. The Leppa Berry also restores 10PP. I recommend farming Leppa Berries, as that's the only way to have a limitless supply of PP-restoring items. Also, equipping a Leppa restores 10PP to the move that reaches 0PP first without costing you a turn, which is pretty neat.
You can grab an illumise with the attack covet and go to Mr. backlots garden when he says there are clefairy or cleffa they hold a leppa berry 50% of the time the attack will take the item if your chaining you can obtain 15-20 berrys a run using this method
There are some berries you can use the ones I normally use are cheri berries and leppa berries. I'll update the list when I test out all the berries I have in my bag. This is what I use in Pokemon Diamond but I think the berries are the same on both games aren't they. You can check the tags on the berries you have and see whether they have a more spicy flavor than the other flavors and test that out.
You cant'. You can only get them on the ground or as a held item in a trade etc. One alternative is to grow Leppa berries, which also restore PP.
It's simple, you can't. But you can find them by smashing rocks in places like Cianwood City (I got some max ethers doing that). Or, if you trade a red shard to the Juggler in Violet City for a leppa berry (which does the same thing as an ether) you can use the berry pots key item to create you own huge stash of leppa berries. The best way to do this is to water them in every stage of growing to end up with up to five times the berries that you planted. You could plant one berry to get five then plant four of those and you would already have 21 berries from one berry in about 2 days. If you don't water them even once you can end up with just one berry and I know how much it stinks to end up with the same amount of berries you started with. I hope this helped.
you can get some by getting a pkmn with the pickup ability at lvl 31 or higher to get pp restoing items, or you can grow leppa berries, i think you can find one next to pal park, which, if you don't know, is on the sea path southof sandgem town btw, i am still trying to get enough of these, so don't feel bad
You can find Pamtre berries in Amity Square in Hearthome City
