The service manual for your car (including a Hayne's) will have the diagrams. The vacuum diagrams will vary greatly depending on what engine/carburetor the car has.

Even a Hayne's manual nowadays includes most vacuum diagrams for emissions control items. They vary, however, from engine to engine and are different for Federal or California emissions systems. In the Related Links section are the diagrams you are looking for.

Open the hood and look around the engine compartment for a white sticker that shows all the emissions vacuum routing for that vehicle. They are required by law to display that information on the vehicle.
All vehicles come with an emissions label and a vacuum diagram. If yours is missing, the parts dept at your local Toyota dealer can get em, cheap.

The vacuum hose diagram for every vehicle is the emissions diagram listed underneath the hood. It will show the EGR valve and every emissions and vacuuum link. The only other way is to go to Ford/Mazda and purchase the Mechanics service manual for your vehicle. Its expensive but will help way more than a chiltons or something you buy from an auto parts store.
