How do you make the dress from the Helena video by My Chemical Romance?

I'm under the impression that hot topic had one but they no longer do. The original dress worn in the Helena film clip was made by a designer called Renee.

The girl who i found the website off said that it would cost about $250 for the designer to recreate it.

If you're not looking at paying that much i suggest finding a similar dress and altering to suit what you want.

At any classy store. Their just an Early 50's black umbrella. They were very common during that time. But now you have to go to classy stores to get them. I own one myself, but I didn't get buy it. It was a present. Hope this helped(:

The dress was made specially for the video so you'd have to have it custom made.
