Well.. im guessing your trying to get an espeon or umbreon.. Hope you are. They are awesome pokemon. Anyway to get hair cuts for pokemon, (and eevees, all pokemon really.) go to Golden Rod City and go under ground (northwestern part of the city) and theres a guy when u go south. They change, theres a blonde younger one, and a brown-haired older one, (I think hes brown-haired) the older one makes it happer but is more expensive. Talk to him, pick a pokemon, and your eevee (or whatever else you picked) is happier! Hope i helped.
