Answer . \nThere is no Intake Air Temperature sensor on a 1995 only 96 and newer.\nIf you are asking because you are putting some sort of performance module on it then \nyou need to hook that up to the Coolant temperature sensor which is located next to the thermostat\nand it is a two wire sensor…. it is not an AIT sensor, i believe it is a MAF - Mass air flow sensor, which is located in between the air filter box and the throttle body, it is the only plug between. it is either 2 Phillips or 2 torx bits to remove, along with a plug.. The 1991 Camaro's did not use MAF (Mass Air Flow) in 1988 or… 1989 they were changed over to MAP or ( Manifold Absolute Pressure ) insted. They do however have a AIT sensor. The Z28 models with the Tunded Port Injection motors 305, or 350 both have a AIT that looks almost identical to a Coolant temp sensor. It sits under the intake towards the front. If you have a RS model with the Throttle Body V8 305, then it is located inside the air clener housing on top of the motor. Remove the round lid, and you will see a small bird cage shape dome on the bottom of the air cleaner. it has a retainer ring holding the AIT on, remove it, and it will drop out the bottom of the air cleaner. The V6 model camaro's have the same style AIT but they are threated into the air cleaner box either on the front near the hood latch, or on the passanger side behind the headlight depending on witch style air cleaner, It changed over the years. Will be the only wire coming out of the air cleaner box on the V6 models for this year. ( Full Answer )
Answer . The intake air temp sensor is located on the cover over the air filter.
The temp sensor is either (depending on the year) is on theintake manifold beside the thermostat housing or on the driversside head between #1 and #3 spark plugs also the oil pressureswitch is beside the distributor. . the oil pressure switch is not always behind the distributor, itdepends on if it…s a small or big block. if its not behind thedistributor its on the driver side of the block in the lower righthand corner between the header and the oil filter. usually its in the air box, with 2 wires out the back Not Accurate On a 2002 Hyundai Accent the IAT is bundled with the MAF sensor located on the throttle body. However, which wires are which I'm not sure. Not Precise The 2002 Hyundai Accent 1.6 DOHC doesn't have a MAF sensor! 2002 1.6 …DOHC has the IAT integrated into the Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor. 2002 1.5 SOHC has the IAT integrated to the MAF. The 2 wire separate sensor is only on 1999 model year and older Accents. ( Full Answer )

Answer . JUST TO THE RIGHT OF THROTLE RETURN SPRING IT IS A 2 PIN PLUG.
Answer . \nif you are trying to find this to make more power by upping your fuel mixture by tricking that sensor i am telling you its a bad idea. you really are not going to make any real power, contrary to popular belief, especially if you are an N.A. motor. if you are trying to find it for a r…eal reason it is on the back side of the intake plenum closer to the passenger side of the motor. it has a grey plug and what will look like a threaded nut and nipple that attatches it to the plenum. honestly if you are trying to trick the ecu with that sensor you are going to regret it later on. in all actuality if its a turbo car you should even be worried about something that insignificant spend the dough get a boost controller and youre good. if its an N.A. car nothing you can ever do short of a motor swap or a heap of nitrous will ever make that car fast. Answer . \nOn the Non-Turbo it is on the left side of the Throtle body. Turbo model I have no clue.
Answer . The Intake Air Temperature Sensor is loctaed in the side of the Air Filter Case, look for a wired connector attached to it.
Answer . Intake air temp sensors are always located in the ducting of the air filter. there should be two things there one is the mass air flow sensor it is large and usually close to the air filter the intake air temp sensor is small usually has 2 wires and is in the tubing that connects the ai…r filter box to the throttle body. ( Full Answer )
Answer . It should be located on the housing for the air filter. You see, the job of the air intake temp. sensor is to moniter the air coming thru to the throttle body. It reads the air temp. that is flowing thru the air filter and intake sends that info to the computer so the comp. can send… the proper signals to the other engine sensors to adjust air and fuel mix. etc. etc. so, check the housing where the air flows thru and look for a plug with a couple of wires attchd. that should be it. Good Luck. mrkhh ( Full Answer )
The 1997 Dodge Dakota air intake sensor can be found attached tothe air cleaner housing. The air intake sensor will be on theinside of the air cleaner housing.
Answer . This is the sensor that is usually built into the Mass Air Flow (MAF), or screws into the airbox. It measures the intake temperature so the engine can adjust different things, such as fuel, so the engine is running at its best.
on my 05 2500 its right beside the head light on the drivers side mounted to the radiator support
Need to know the year and engine size. Generally the IAT sensor islocated between the air filter and throttle body.

The Intake Air Temperature sensor send the PCM data on the aircharge entering the engine. It will be found forward of thethrottle body assembly and screwed into the air hose feeding it.
On the intake just after the filter housing. Why are you concerned with this? The vehicle is still under warranty. Take it back to the dealer if you have a problem.
The intake air temperature sensor is built into the MAF sensor on a1991 Nissan pickup. It is between the air box and the throttlebody.
The intake air temperature sensor is located on the mass air flowsensor on the intake. There are five wires attached to the sensor.

I believe the IAT is the plug that is on the intake tube, between the filter and throttle body.
Only the Turbo II, III and IV engines had the intake air temp sensor and possibly the 3.0L V6 but I'm not sure on that one. The N/A 2.2L and 2.5L and the Turbo I do not have this sensor. On the engines that do have it, it is located in the intake manifold between the runners for the number 2 and 3 c…ylinders. ( Full Answer )

no, but it is mounted on the hose from the air cleaner to the the engine.
With most vehicles it is in the air filter box or the snorkel between the air filter box and the throttle body.
Should be on the air intake just after the mass air flow sensor. From the Air filter, you have a cover with a big fat rubber hose, then the big metal square Mass air flow sensor, more hose and on the side is the intake air temp sensor then the throttle body assembly
The air intake temperature sensor is part of the mass air flow sensor. This is generally located behind the air cleaner. Refer to the Service Manual for more details.
