You can check your fuses, but most likely the bulbs have just burnt out. This happens frequently.

Go to your local auto parts house. The Haynes manuals have good diagrams for light wiring.
Check your fuses, if its not a fuse go to the dealer and see if they are nice enough to print you a wiring diagram and a ground location diagram, and find out what ground came loose.

No the tail lights are in the fuse box on the drivers side the dash lights are just bulbs you have to replace when they burn out.
The wiring diagram for an F350 exterior lights can be found on most search engines. Most auto parts stores, also provide diagrams for the exterior lights of a F350 in-store.
Start with the headlamp switch.
Most likely no brake lights would be due to a faulty switch on the brake pedal or a bad fuse.
replace your switch, located under the brake pedal.
