The best way is to keep him in a jail so that he could not get drugs from any where this can cure the addicted one .

Answer:

Like any addiction or self destructive activity you can't do anything, the person has to want to end the addiction himself. Involuntary participation in "cures" or interventions does not work, jails only change the source of supply (and lower the quality), religion doesn't help, enabling the addict until they "find a way out" only prolongs the problem. Support when they are in program voluntarily is the only option.

Send the person you are trying to help to a rehab. Send them to detox at a hospital first, the detoxing stage is probably the hardest stage of getting help with a drug addiction. Detoxing at home or anywhere else besides the hospital will not work if they are detoxing off of some of the harder drug's as heroin, meth, etc.) As soon as they finish detoxing take them to a rehab as soon as possible. Usually they stay there for about 1 month or more. Visit the person you are trying to help while they are in rehab so they get excited for something and they feel loved and supported. When they get out of rehab be by their side and make sure they have a support system and have their schedule busy at all times. Don't have them feeling that they are not trusted but still make sure you are remembering they are a drug addict still and they will always have that craving. Drug addicts will NEVER forget their drug no matter what. It could be 20 years of recovery and something will happen and they can relapse so always be by their side and support them.

Drug abuse and addiction support can be found at a drug abuse hotline. The best way to help a friend with drug abuse and addiction problems is to give them a phone number to a drug abuse hotline and make sure they talk to a specialist who is trained to help people in such situations.

When it comes to someone who is on drugs, as much as you may want to help them you can only help someone who wants to help themselves and is willing to change for the better. Either way a good place to start is a rehabilitation center or having him attend Narcotics Anonymous meetings.
