Also, if you mean where do you find Gary after you've started your journey, go west of route 22(The path west of viridian city) and go north past the grassy area then west until your hero freezes in place and Gary walks over to him, challenging you to a battle you can't refuse. He will have a level 9 Spearow and his level 8 Eevee. You may want to train your Pokemon a bit before fighting him.

∙ 12y agofirst time you battle him he will have a lvl 5 Pokemon secound time he will have a pidgey that is lvl 9 and a lvl 9 Pokemon the other Pokemon depends what you pick at the start 3rd time he has a lvl 15 rattata lvl15 Abra lvl 17 pigotto soz 4 spelling and the starter Pokemon at lvl 20 i think

∙ 11y agoYou are unable to find Gary anywhere else than as the final boss of the pokemon league, after you won the first time. Every time you face their challenge, he will be the last boss.
