Well...this is a tough one. But I suppose they made it themselves...after all, if they bought their weapons from shops they'll get caught isn't it? Or perhaps they get it from stealing the ship's (that they attacked) weapons and called it their own. I think pirates don't exist anymore now, so you don't have to worry about them...right? Heh heh
