Nowhere, they were fused to detonate at about 1500 foot altitude (using a combination of RADAR and barometric fusing) to maximize the area of damage.

It did not land anywhere, it was an airburst at 1,540 feet. Ground zero below the point of the blast was halfway between the Mitsubishi Steel and Arms Works in the south and the Mitsubishi-Urakami Ordnance Works in the north, roughly 1.9 miles from Nagasaki the intended target.
