This is a .22 revolver. One blog says that this is such a poorly made revolver that it was banned by the Gun Control Act of 1968. The takedown and reassembly instructions for the Colt SAA are similar to this gun. Again, it is seen as a gun suitable for decor only.

The brand is Rohm. The RG 66 is the only gun they made that is a decent quality firearm. The firm has been out of business for several years. Import of these did stop in 1968. Basic disassembly- check that gun is unloaded. Press in stud that is on the left side just ahead of cylinder. While holding stud in, pull cylinder pin out of the front of the cylinder. Cylinder can now be removed by pressing it to the right. Stop. No further disassembly is needed or desired for cleaning. Use a cleaning rod and brass bore brush/ powder solvent to clean barrel and cylinder, dry with clean patches, oil 1-2 drops on cylinder pin and other moving parts.
