Look for a black canister -- typically somewhere on the driver's side of the engine bay (it is on my niece's 1993 Pulsar). It will have a screw lid on the top. Open and check the level on the dipstick that is an integral part of the Power Steering canister lid. Be careful to NOT overfill. Bill L.
