the diagrams are usually on the inside of the lid to the box. or get a repair manual
The relay is under the hood and next to the battery inside the fuse box. It is the second one from the left. The diagram is displayed on the lid of the fuse box.
Its located in the power distribution box under the hood...................
I don't know where you got the number '12' for a relay, as all the relays in the box of my 2000 Dodge caravan are named for their function. Same in the Dodge workshop manual, all relays are named. In the vehicle the functions for each relay are marked under the box lid, very clearly.
It is in the under hood fuse box, next to the battery.
Under the hood, next to the battery, you will find the fuse/relay box. Remove the lid, look inside it and you will find a list and diagram of the fuses and their location in the panel.
Check the fues box next to the battery, or the fuse box under the driver side of the dash.
