The ground wire of the coil. Its the white wire with a black stripe.
attach the green wire to the negative terminal of the coil. if its an hei, it will have a terminal that says tach on it.
IF you have the installation instructions for the tach, it prolly tells you where to attach the tach wire. If not, call the manu. of the tach or search for their website online.

look on the distributor cap, there is a slot marked "tach", connect the hot wire there and ground the other wire

one white wire goes to the distributor, the other goes nowhere. This is the lead that goes to the tach
You do need a switched live to the bat terminal, but not to the tach terminal. The tach terminal is the negative side of the coil, the bat terminal is the positive side of the coil. Normally the tach terminal is for the green wire from the tach.
Chevy Blazer electrical problems can be caused by a brunt wire or shortage. For a proper diagnoses, contact a certified mechanic.
