∙ 12y agoafter leveling your Pokemon GO to the city up the way then keep on going up and if your a girl it will be a he if your a boy it will be a she go up you shell see them there talk to them and you can battle them

∙ 11y agowalk into mt moon keep going to the right then i think your rival will come at you before you get up the ladder if not go up the ladder to get to the top of mt moon. oh and bye the way if you change your ds/dsi/3ds's time to 20:00 and go to the top of mt moon you will see a bunch of clefairy you can't catch them though but if you keep getting closer to them one of them will see you and they will all run off but one will drop a moon stone,just thought you'd be interested in-case you need a moon stone for clefairy,skitty ect

Then there a couple other places that I forgot about. Next you should find him in Victory Road.
