Magikarp is a very common pokemon, i found mine (Which is now Gyarados) in MT CORONETS lake. On the left of Celestic Town. To evolve magikarp just get it to level 20 and it learns Bite as well as evolving. Evolve as many Magikarps as you want if you like seeing them evolve!

∙ 7y agoSince Magikarp has a 50% chance of being female or male, you can easily find them by fishing in ponds, rivers, and oceans just as normal. If the Magikarp are always female to you and using an Action Replay, make sure that the code for "Always female Pokemon appear" is shut off.
