some vehicles use two pumps / one bucket ,if not open the back hatch and it should be located on either side

In relation to the washer fluid, check if the fluid tube is not twisted or blocked in anyway.
Very simple there is a huck on wiper just remove and install.
Check either at the bottom of the windshield washer fluid reservoir or check to see if the wiper motor has washer hoses connected to it

The back wiper fluid is supplied by the windshield washer fluid tank in your engine compartment on the 2003 Ford Explorer ( 4 door )
It could be the rear window wiper fluid supply line broken. The wiper fluid supply line run directly over the back dome light. My 2002 Montana had the same problem.
This light indicates that the car is low on wiper fluid. To refill the wiper fluid resovuoir pop the hood and pour washer fluid in the clear tank. Note: not all cars have a wiper fluid warning light since not having any wiper fluid isn't a big deal.
Most of the times the washer fluid goes into the same resirvoir as the front.
The nozzles or the hoses may be clogged.
