Where is Cid in district 3 in Kingdom Hearts?

go to the door leading to district 2, once your there face the door then look to your right till you see a door with yellow lights lit up on the inside, walk in there and you will see cid talking to leon (squall)

Cid can be found in the Accessory Shop in District 1 of Traverse Town the first time around. But can later be found behind it once you have compleated your second vist.
