Fly to Mossdeep City, then go around to the north of it and surf straight until you reach a giant rock, if you don't already see the cave entrance, go to the left a little and there will be two girls standing in front of it. You don't have to battle them, but they are there. When you get into the cave, surf up until you reach a spot of land (doesn't matter which spot) and walk around. There are plenty of them in there.

∙ 14y agoYou can catch Spheal while Surfing on routes 226 and 230 at levels 35-45. Both have a 30% chance of appearing, day, night, or morning. Sealeo has a 60% chance of appearing on route 230 while surfing, levels 35-55.

∙ 9y agoShiny Spheal can be found in the same place where you can find wild Spheal. Shiny Spheal are very rare though with a 1/8192 chance of a wild Spheal being a shiny Spheal.
