"Only Bungie can give you Recon Armor" Actually that is not true my friend mods stuff so he modded me recon but theres no such thing as a marine on the covenant that gives out recon even if it shows the guy giving it out on YouTube its just an edited video and by the way my friend also modded me a drivable pelican HAHA
