Where do you find the starter on a 1999 Dodge Intrepid?
You will find the starter on the drivers side tucked up under the exhaust. If its a 2.7, there is a shield which covers it protecting it from the exhaust heat.

Overhead console LED display on your 1994 Dodge Intrepid is dead Any idea as to what may be wrong and estimate on cost to repair?
I have a 95 Dodge Intrepid that has the same problem. On my Dodge The circuit board is fried. Capacitors, diode and tracing burned off board. If you don't have any blown fuses. Then yours could also be fried. I Checked with the local dealer and they want $691 just for the part. https://www.trademotion.com wants $486 for it. Or you could visit your local juck yard and find one. any 93-96 Intrepid, LHS or Concorde…

How do you fix or find a short in a wire that causes the starter fuse on a 2004 Dodge Neon to keep blowing?
Disconnect the wire at the starter and try the ignition. My guess is that the starter itself is the problem. If the fuse does not blow then it is the starter, if it does blow then go to the relay center in the engine compartment and check the starter relay. Work your way back to the ignition switch.
Where to find a puller to remove crank pulley in order to change water pump on a 1996 Dodge Intrepid?
only way to fix that problem, is to find out what is drawing the power. This can be caused by an accesory that doesnt not shut power off when ignition is shut off, or by a short in the wiring in the vehicle somewherehave the starter motor checked for a short as well, as some starters when worn will draw enuff power to drain battery, but not enuff to turn starter, when ignition is off.
