Bulbasaur is a starter Pokemon that can be obtained from Professor Oak in Pallet town. I don't think that there is another way to get it in the game. I checked Bulbapedia (a great Pokemon resource), and it didn't list any ways to capture it.
It is nowhere to be found in the wild, but can be obtained as one of the three starter pokemons. You have to choose bulbasaur in the beginning of the game. Other than that, you may also trade one from a friend.
A lady gives it to you in Cerulean city but I can't remember which house she's in.
the house near the Pokemon center in cerulean city and talk to the girl inside and she will give you a bulbasaur
you cant find him,you have to migrate it from fire red or leaf green
Once you defeat red you will go back to your house after the credits. Then you go to pallet town and oak will offer you a kanto starter
Bulbasaur can only be obtained at the start of the game when selecting your starter pokemon. You could also trade with someone who has a Bulbasaur.
Nowhere, because you can't catch one in the wild. You'll have to trade one from FireRed/LeafGreen.
You have to trade it from another game.
bulbasuar is not obtainable in that game
No, it is impossible to get them as one game. They must be purchased seperately.
you can find Bill in heartgold and soulsilver, but he will only tell you how much space you have left in your PC Box(he's in Goldenrod city
Oh yes you can find it by googling
you need to find him a 40lb magikarp
I assume salamence is what you mean. And you can use the pal park to migrate one from an earlier game
Choose it as a starter Pokemon. You can't find wild starters in any game. As an alternative, you can get a Bulbasaur in one game and trade it to your other game.
Bulbasaur can be chosen as a started Pokemon in Red, Blue, FireRed and LeafGreen and one can be given to you by Professor Oak after compleating HeartGold or SoulSilver and by a woman in Cerulean City in Yellow version. You can also transfer a Bulbasaur from another game. There is no way to find wild Bulbasaur without a cheat device (except possibly by exploiting glitches in Red, Blue and Yellow) The only way to get an Ivysaur or a Venusaur is to evolve Bulbasaur (or transfer from somebody who has evolved a Bulbasaur).
After beating Red at the peak of Mt.Silver, talk to Prof. Oak and he will let you have a Squirtle, Charmander, or Bulbasaur.
Bulbasaur does not appear in the wild unless you cheat or hack the game.
Once you have defeated Red, go to Professor Oak's lab. He will give you the HM Rock Climb and your choice of the Kanto starters - Charmander, Bulbasaur, or Squirtle. You will have to trade for the other two starters.
you can get charmander at sendoff spring and bulbasaur at route 222 but you need the pokeradar for both of them.
You can't find a Bulbasaur in the wild. You either get it as a Starter Pokémon, or you don't. That's the only way you can own one, unless you trade one over from another game.
You don't find him\her you receive it in egg form the beginning of the game
There are 3 beginning 3 more end first 3 are Cindquail , Totidile , Chikorta next 3 are squirtle , charamander , bulbasaur.
Bulbasaur is one of the 3 starters you can choose from when you start the game. If you chose squirtle or charmander, then you need to trade over a bulbasaur from a another game.
In Celadon's tallest building.
Yes after you Beat Red who has a Pikachu Blastoise Lapras Snorlax Charizard and Venusaur in that order
