Go to Mossdeep city and go towards the house on the far left of the gym.There will be group of trees with a boy under the house.Talk to the boy and he will give you a Kings Rock.Hope this helps!!

∙ 14y agoA king's rock is a held item that makes the foe flinch once in a while. It also is a necessary item for "slowking" (meaning you can't get slowking without trading a slowbro with a king's rock)
