In Pokémon Diamond, you can get a Magmarizer from wild Magby. Wild Magby can be found in the Stark Mountain and in Route 227 as long as you have Pokémon LeafGreen inserted into the Gameboy Advanced slot of the original DS or the DS Lite.

∙ 15y agoTo get Magmar, you have to evolve Magby, which you find on Route 225 and Stark Mountain when Pokemon Leaf Green is in the GBA slot. Magby evolves at level 30.
