To get the Grilled Cheese aspiration, you have to get the Re Nu Yu Senso Orb from the aspiration rewards. After you do that, you have to have your sim stick his/her head in there while their aspiration in green or below. Your sim will get "shocked" after that your sims has the Grilled Cheese aspiration.
