If you run through Diglet Cave and go straight down (past the Mime Traders house), the next building will have one of Professor Oak's Aides. He requires you to have caught 10 Pokemon and, as a reward, he will give you HM05 (Flash).

∙ 11y agoGo through Diglett's cave up to Pewter city and go down to route 2. Once you've cut down the bushes there, you will see a building and inside is professor oak's aid. If you have more than 10 different types of Pokemon he gives you flash.
