Mithril only becomes available when your player has reached level 10, and glass at level 20. Once you have reached these levels, your best bet is to search for bandits in the wilderness, who often wear this armour.
ALSO during Quests tough enemys can have it
once you reach around level 18-20 go to rockmilk cavern for a lot of mithril and dwarven. for glass and even daedric go to roxey inn north of imperial city and kill people inside for it

∙ 12y agowell if you get to like lvl 12 on some of the people out side towns that will attack you have it like the big white ruins place out side the imperial city sewers
or you could type on the PC version: coctestinghall and search for the armour place me and my m8 did it and we got that dezel armour or watevr it is

∙ 13y agoYou can find a full set of glass armour, including a glass helm in the Tower of Dusk at Ghostgate. It is on a bookshelf in one of the basement rooms. If you are well trained in Sneak you can steal it without using magic, but otherwise, a chameleon spell is adviseable. Alternatively you can taunt the NPC in the room into attacking you, then kill him. You wont get a bounty for doing this and you can then steal the armour.
There is also a cache of glass armour in the locked room on the lower level at the Fighters Guild in Ald-Ruhn. (Among other places).
NB: Don't try to sell things back to the person you stole them from; they will report and / or attack you.

∙ 12y agoAlyeid armour does not exist without a PC MOD.
Dwarven armor appears as random loot and on enemies starting at level 6 and merchants start selling it at level 10.
Its ok if you don't find any dwarven armor until level 12, the game is leveled and random, but still enjoyable.
