If you go to where the hut is on the farthest side of the island OPPOSITE of the Magic Tree House, you should see a bag of motar lying outside the stone wall. Take it. Then, go on the red bridge, and use the motar to fix the bridge. Then, a sumari should stampede across it, dropping the bonsi sissors. They might not look like your ordinary pair of sissors, but those are the sissors you'll need to complete this island. Sorry for any spelling mistakes!

once you get the bonsai scissors, you go to the bonsai tree shop at main steet. go inside and talk to the old lady. she needs you to cut her bonsai, and you need to match the bonsai to the picture exactly.
