∙ 14y agoGo to the fan club in vermillion and talk to the chairperson (the old man on the couch) and say yes to his question then skip everything he says if u want and then he gives you the bike ticket. Now all you need to do is go to the bike shop in cerulean and exchange it. Have fun with your new bike! P.S: If you dont know where the fan club is then search for a building with a pokeball shape on the roof.

∙ 12y agoOkay go to vermillion city and find the Pokemon fan club it is a different house with a sign near it can't miss it, anyways in there you need to talk to the gentleman in the back he will ask you to listen to his story listen to it and when he's finished he will give you the bike voucher take this to the cerulean city bike shop and show the cashier the voucher and he will give you a free bike.
