Where do you get the fly hm in Pokemon silver?

fly on Pokemon fireredbetween celadon city and cycling road, near where snorlax was there is a tree you need 2 cut down and then walk down the road and you'll c a house go inside and the girl will give it 2 u.
When you reach Celadon City, go west all the way to the start of route 16. You need cut , to cut the bush in the way and then go left , through the building and out the other side.

then you will find a house, go in and there will be a woman and talk to her and she will give you fly :)

once you have cut, travel to Celadon city keep walking left until you reach a snorlax or the spot where the snorlax was (there are two snorlax's in the game) there is a small twig near by, cut it and enter the area. Go through the building(i have no idea what its supposed to be called but I thinks its best described as a path linker) there is a little house there. When you get in there is a girl and her fearow. Talk to her, she will tell you to keep her hiding spot a secret. she will give you fly so that you don't tell any one(u can't tell anyone anyways and she doesn't offer fly to u she just gives it. hope this helped and good luck!=p
Start in Celadon City, go to your left as far as you can and there should be a path. (Route 16) Follow that path a short ways and you'll come to one of those trees that you can cut down and a fence. (You'll know you've gone too far if you come to a building with bushes in front, there may be a Snorlax there.) Cut down the tree. On the other side of the fence there is a dirt road, follow the dirt road to a building. Go into the building. You'll know you're in the right building if there is a old man who says "How'd you get in? Good effort!". Continue out the other side of the building. Once outside again walk about 10 steps and you will be at a house. Go in the house. There is a girl there who will give you HM02 FLY. Good Luck!
On the route west from celadon city you need Cut to get rid of a tree this will let you access the upper area which will eventually lead you to a house inside is a girl that will give you the HM that contains Fly.
you have to go to Celdon City Cut the tree near where snorlax was sleeping and in route 16 go in the little house and a lady (in pink) will say "oh dear you found out my secret retreat Please don't tell anyone I'm here. I'll make it up to u with this, HM02 fly is really good. (name) received Hm02.
You have to cut a bush near the top of Celadon and follow the path till you get to some girl's secret clubhouse thingy...

First you need the HM Cut then go to celadon city go to the route west of the city and use Cut on the tree follow the path upward then go left keep going until you reach a house go inside and talk to the girl she will give you HM02 which contains Fly.
