You are able to get as much ammo as you need by repeatedly typing "gunsgunsguns" (without the exclamation marks) in the game. The ammunition count for rifles will stop at a maximum of one full magazine and 9999 in reserve, but it actually continues to give you as much ammo as you actually type gunsgunsguns for.
In theory - an infinite amount of gunsgunsguns typed into the game would give you infinite amount of ammo, even though we usually settle with far less than this.

∙ 11y agoInfinite ammo is one of the many perks you can buy, when your character reaches the right level. Infinite pistol ammo can be bought at Lv42, the other ammo types at levels after that.
