On Route 116(The part hidden by the Rusturf Tunnel)there will be a guy who lost his glasses.Use the Itemfinder to lacate the Blackglasses on the ground.If the Itemfinder says there is an item buried around here,go the derection you are now pointed to.Keep doing it until the Itemfinder says it is shaking wildly.Go next to it and press A.Then you will get the Blackglasses. When held by a Pokemon,the Blackglasses raises the power of its Dark-Type Moves.

If you mean the glasses you have to find for the man, then:
Go directly to the left of him and face left and keep pressing A and search for it. I think they're about 2-3 steps away from him. And when you find the BLACKGLASSES, he'll say it's not his and he'll go away.
Then you get to keep them.
