You are assuming that there is a law that says that a 17 year old can move out. There isn't such a law. Until you reach the age of majority in your state, you are the responsibility of your parents.
Graduation status is not of concern for emancipation - age IS. Some states the law is 17 or 18.
in all states
The legal age for a child to move out without parental consent in Michigan is 18. You can move out earlier if you are legally emancipated. At the age of 17, in Michigan, a person can be prosecuted as an adult in a court of law.
You are a minor and not emancipated so unless they give you permission you can not move. In most states the law makes no difference between a 17yo and a 13yo, they are just minors.
i have no idea what the heck you are talking about
ONLY if your parents let you but in most states you have to be 18 to move out because when you 18 you are legally an adult
BVI legal age of majority is 18, unless otherwise stipulated by the court.
law wise no unless ur signed over to another person or legal gardian, but you could if you want to and just don't tell anyone.
In the United States a 17 year old is still considered a minor. Unless legally emancipated a 17 year old can not move away from home.
It depends ENTIRELY on what the emancipation law of the state you live in says.
The legal age in Minnesota is 18. They just changed the law last year to 17 years old
There are no states that recognize a person as an adult at 17. Having said this, Federal law recognizes a 17 year old as an adult if one parent signs consent to enlist in active military duty. While this doesn't permit drinking alcohol before 21 or smoking before 18, they can do most everything else. (Buy a car, sign a lease and so forth.)
