When you get to a place called 'temple interior' on the third island, there is an ancient forge, you have to fix it first, and then there will be an earthquake and crystal island will appear. You then use the forge to make glass. There are two ways, with 'fine sand', or with 'message in a bottle's. If you make the fine sand glass, you need 40 fine sand units. To make the 'bottle' glass, you need 2 bottles. P.S. Using the forge is the onlyway to make glass unless you use cheats.
