How do you remove an air condition belt on a 1994 Honda Accord EX?

You cant. Them come with a automatic belt tensioner and if the belt breaks, you must disassemble the whole pulley system.

you can use a 920mm 6groove belt or a 36 inch 6groove belt maybe even 35

how do you change the air condition controller in a 2004 chevy silverado

The A/C compressor is driven by a belt. Follow the routing of the belt and you will find the compressor.

The air-condition belt on a 2001 Honda Accord also controls the heat. When the belt needs to be changed the ridges on the belt will show wear.

no its the same belt that runs everything the tensioner may be getting bad or the belt routing might be wrong

Yes. This belt drives the alternator, waterpump, air-condition compressor, etc. The engine has 2 timing chains, maybe a third (varioram/variocam?).

I have a similar problem. My air condition compressor was whinning, maybe a bad bearing. I don't even use the air anyway, and do not want to pay to fix it or remove it and put in these brackets that they sell. So I thought why not just buy a belt for this engine with out air and just by pass the air compressor. It just makes sense. The air compressor is just an add on bracket anyway. So buy a belt for your 1999 2.4 liter with out air and install the new belt. Bart

i'am replacing a serpentine belt on a air condition compressor. i would like some diapham or step instructions would work the best thank you roger

it's not really mileage that matters. it's the condition of the belt. symptoms of a bad belt are uneven wear, cracks the ribs, or if it squeaks. if the problem(s) persist with new belt check the condition of the pulleys and their alignment. it's not really mileage that matters. it's the condition of the belt. symptoms of a bad belt are uneven wear, cracks the ribs, or if it squeaks. if the problem(s) persist with new belt check the condition of the pulleys and their alignment.

Belt dressing if the belt is in good condition. Make sure that it is not a pulley squeaking and if the belt is in bad shape replace it.

Follow the belt It should be a big Silver thing with 2 Aluminum tubes coming off it.

The squeal you are hearing is most likely the belt. It either needs to be tightened or replaced. You can try some belt dressing sold at auto parts stores if the belt is tight and in good repair.

how do you change a acura Ingra air conditioner belt

the timing belt is not the same as the serpentine belt.the serpentine belt goes around your water pump pulley and the power steering pump, air condition compressor pulley and the alternator pulley.the timing belt goes around the camshaft and the crankshaft.it is not visable without taking the timing belt cover off.

Jack up the front of the car, leaving yourself enough room to work under the front part of your engine. Remove the plastic splash cover underneath the engine. Loosen the power steering pump, and remove the belt. Loosen the Idler pulley to the air conditioner compressor. Replace the belt.

if stuck means the pulley wheel on compressor is not turning, it means the cluth in the compressor is faulty. you need to have new one installed or remove pulley belt from that pully before it screws up the belt if serpentine belt you will need to use a smaller belt

Not if you have a serpentine drive belt............

1=Rotate tires and check air pressure and condition of tires. 2=Replace engine Air filter & Cabin filter, check drive belt.

can a air condition circuity board be repaired

Be sure to wear your seat belt and shoulder belt in a vehicle with air bags.
