Where do you put the antifreeze in a 2002 suzuki XL7 at?
Antifreeze is in engine compartment on right side between brake fluid and washer fluid reservoir
As the own manual states, the license plate bulbs can be replaced by first removing the plastic lens/dome that is covering the bulb. Turn it 1/8 turn anti-clockwise to unlock it. Then the bulb can be pulled out (straight, no turns). Push in the new bulb, clean it to remove grease and acid, and put the lens back on. There are two such lights. Joop Kaashoek
The thing you should never do is put 100% water. You can buy the 100 percent antifreeze(the green color kind) and just mix it yourself. You shouldn't put 100% antifreeze either, depending on where you live and the usual temperature you drive through. For a more colder area, you would put more antifreeze than water and hot places about 50/50 antifreeze/water.
You dilute your antifreeze. If you buy prediluted 50/50 antifreeze, then you'll dilute it more than you're supposed to. If you buy straight 100% antifreeze, you're actually supposed to dilute it yourself by adding an equal amount of water to the antifreeze you put it. Your vehicle will be fine. Stop freaking out. Get a coolant flush.
In a 2002 Ford E-150 : The thread on cap on the engine coolant reservoir is the pressure cap / radiator cap ( so with the engine cool you add antifreeze and preferably distilled water into the engine coolant reservoir ) It came from the factory with a 50 / 50 mix of distilled water and the correct type of antifreeze for the vehicle , Ford states not to exceed 60% antifreeze in the mix
After changing the transmission fluid on a 2005 Suzuki XL7 the shifter is locked in park. How can I reset the transmission to shift gears normally?
You have put antifreeze in your 2002 Ford Taurus it was 5050 diluted and a couple miles later the engine light came on Is this going to be expensive you just got this car a month ago?
It's possible...my 2002 Saturn Vue takes orange antifreeze (Dex-Cool). To be sure, check your owner's manual. I have a 2002 Jetta that uses the orange stuff and they told me when I bought it that I had to use that kind. I don't know why the Beetles would be any different. Whether you "have" to or not I don't know, but I always have. --- NO! your new beetle uses G12 it is purple and…
That all depends on what kind of antifreeze was in there before. It comes stock with the green color. but if there is another color in there now either put the same color in or flush the whole system and put the desired type in there. If you mix colors your system will become clogged with antifreeze jello :(
