you dont put Transmission Fluid in a manual transmission. you need gear oil, and it should be done by a transmission shop
The proper transmission fluid for an automatic Celica is Toyota Type T-IV transmission fluid. DO NOT use Dexron or Mercon. The manual uses 75W-90 gear oil.
Should be a plug at the side of the transmission
if it is a automatic transmission you should change it every 15,000 miles, and if its a manual its recomeded at 30,000-45,000

If your Toyota has a manual transmission, the fluid will be put in by removing the gearshift, and literally pouring the fluid into the cavity under the shifter.
