Legitimately purchased copies of games in the Spore series all have registration codes included in the package. These codes are for one person on one computer only. Sharing them is illegal. Registering is easy, just follow the steps on the screen when you install the game.
You have to be on the internet, then start up Spore, and on the galaxy screen, near the bottom, you will see a button labeled Register. Click it.
If you have lost your code that came with your game, then contact EA or Maxis about it on their website.
If you haven't purchased the game, this is illegal and i doubt anyone will support you.

∙ 14y agoThe registration for Spore allows you to host creations under your decided name. Though you already have the ability to host, It's under your computers profile. (i.e, guest.) Registration grants the ability to log into the Spore website and host creations under a different name. You can register if you don't have an account already when starting Spore, or you can register at the Spore website.

∙ 13y agoAfter you buy the game and download it, there is usually a window on the main menu that asks for an e-mail and the password you want. If the window does not open up, I suggest you should go to EA customer service about the problem.

Why dont your spore regestration work?
Because there are a maximum number of activations (5) for any single spore registration. If it has been used 5 other times, even by the same person on the same machine, the registration number no longer works.
