The fusible link is on the small size wire that comes off the battery. It comes up from under the air filter. It's probably green. It then attaches to the wiring harness that leads across the front of the motor.

A fusible link had disintergrated at the battery and was removed. Toyota no longer supports this part. I was not the one that removed the link so I am not sure where it would go back. The headlights do not work after the link was removed.
The fusible link on a Corvair is located next to the starter solenoid. When a fusible link starts to go bad, you will notice intermittent failure of windows, wipers, radio, and central locking.
