There are two answers: One is that dinosaurs live all over the world, but in forms greatly changed from those Richard Owen imagined when he gave them that name. We call them birds.
The other is that all the big monster lizard-type of dinosaurs are extinct. They USED to live on all the continents of the Earth, but not in the seas (those were other big creatures, but not dinosaurs), neither did they fly in the air, although their were some reptiles that did.
