In the engine, usually through an oil filler cap.
yes you can synthetic oil can go in any engine
It is burned by the engine combustion process or it is leaking out of the engine.
The 2004 Toyota V-6 engine oil capacity is 4.5 quarts. 4.0 quarts will go into the engine and one half quart will go into the oil filter.
The 2001 Toyota Corolla engine oil capacity is 4.5 quarts of motor oil. For quarts of oil will go into the engine and one half quart of oil will be in the oil filter.
even if the oil filter is clogged the oil will still go to the engine via the bypass valve but it is not filtered but if no oil goes to the engine it will soon seize up and be destroyed
in the top of the engine there is a cap with an oil can sign on it . Fill the oil in there. Be care not to over fill as it can cause the engine to cease!
There will be a loud knocking and rattling. The engine will not go far before it is destroyed. If in doubt chat the system has adequate oil pressure.
if your engine is knocking that means you need oil. go get an oil change or add a quart asap or the engine will burn out
no
Engine light has it's own separate gauge, for oil pressure. The oil light will come in emergencies not the check engine light. If you put in correct amount of oil, run engine and check oil level. If it's OK, than light will go out by itself.

Physically check the engine oil level with the dipstick to confirm the engine is full of oil. If the engine is full, the oil level sensor or wiring to it may be at fault. If the level is low, go back to where the oil was changed and complain.
