Where does the fuel pump relay fuse get its power from on a 2002 Oldsmobile Alero 2.2liter?
FROM THE BATTERY
All cooling fan relays and fuses are located under the hood of the car in a black box labeled fuses. Unscrew the knob and lift upward to reveal all relays and fuses. Follow the diagram in your owners manual or under the cover to find the one your looking for. (There is one fan relay outside the fuse/relay box)
First of all, there was no 1998 Oldsmobile Alero. They released the 1999 Olds Alero in 1998, however. I've got the GLS V6 version of this guy, and for the most part, it's been a total workhorse (Engine and Tranny are SOLID after over 100k miles). I'm assuming we're talking about the same car. The horn Relay/Fuse is #21 - which (of the three fuse panels) can be found on the panel under the hood…
heater blowe motor relay is under the hood, behind the battery there is a box that has a round knob u unscrew and on the back side it tells wich ones are wich. there are also fuses for the blower motor.that is the problem i am having. everytime turn heater fan inside car on it blows afuse.not sure why.has new resistor.
A reverse power relay is a directional overcurrent relay. Directional relays are relays that sense power flow in one direction, and include (directional) overcurrent relays, reverse power, and impedance based relays. So a reverse power relay is a directional relay, but a directional relay is not necessarily a reverse power relay.
