Normally goes to the starter or starter solenoid.
It runs to the under hood fuse box, the alternator, and the starter.
Follow the red battery cable to the engine, and you will find the starter. It is located on the front of most caravan engines.
Red/positive cable to red/positive cable. Black/negative cable to black/negative cable. The battery is under the cover in front of the air cleaner.
Look at the lower rear end of engine - follow the + battery cable
The negative wire is the one with this symbol on the battery. (-) Positive is (+)
Unhook the Caravan cables at the battery. one at a time, follow the cable to the other end, paying attention to the routing. Disconnect the other end, pull the cable out, then route the new cable the same way. Connect the end away from the battery. Repeat for the other cable, then hook back up to the battery.
Take the - battery cable off and put it back on.
Remove negative cable from battery Disconnect positive cable from starter and ignition wire Loosen mounting bolts from starter Remove starter Install new starter in reverse order of removal
Look at your battery. There's a red terminal with a positive mark on it (+). That's positive. The black terminal with the negative mark (-) is the one you want.
Rear lower end of the engine- try to follow + battery cable
No cable, speedometer is electric
The cable does not have any adjustment.
