The fuel pump inertia shut off switch is located on the toe-board to the right of the transmission hump, (inside vehicle), or on the kick panel to the right of the passenger seat, or in some cases/ (rarely) it's in the engine compartment. To reset all you do is push in the button on the switch itself, which is a rectangular slim box, approximately 2" high, by 2" wide and about 3/4" thick. Hope this helps you.

Inside the cab, behind the passenger side kick panel.

First, disconnect the 'positive' battery cable. Insert key. Rotate the switch to on position. Leave key in switch. Examine the face of the switch. You will see a small hole, about the size of a paper clip. Insert paper clip into hole. Rotate key to 'full' forward position as if starting. Pull on the key. Your switch should be easily removed. I did this on my 1992 Aerostar and it worked fine. Also, you might do a google search. That is where I got my information.
